These Terms govern your access to and use of Gem Hunters (the "Service"), including our website, premium membership, private community, content, signals, and tools. By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service may not be available in every country; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Gem Hunters provides research, education, market commentary, community access (including a private Discord), and tools. We do not provide personalized financial advice and we do not manage money or place trades for you. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or result.
Premium membership is an annual membership billed yearly. The price is $3,300 by card or $3,000 by crypto per year. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; crypto payments are processed by our third-party crypto processor at the network rate at the time of payment.
All memberships are non-refundable. Because access to the private community and content is delivered immediately, payments are final once access has been granted. You acknowledge and agree to this at checkout.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, without refund.
All content, branding, and tools provided through the Service are owned by Gem Hunters or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to access them for your own use only.
The Service is for education and research only and is not financial advice. See our Risk Disclaimer. You assume full responsibility for your own decisions and any losses.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gem Hunters is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
